PODCAST
You've built something impressive but at what cost?
You're hitting your numbers. Payroll clears. Everyone around you assumes you've got it figured out.
You're winning at everything that doesn't matter, and quietly losing everything that does.
Nobody sees the 11 pm anxiety, the glazed look across the dinner table, or the growing suspicion that the life you're building is costing you the one you actually wanted.
This podcast is for leaders who are winning at work and losing somewhere else, and who suspect there's a better way to run both.
I'm Kent Murawski. At 27, I hit the floor, the kind of burnout where your body stops cooperating and your wife doesn't recognize you anymore. That collapse started a twenty-year search for what actually makes leadership last.
Here's what I found. You are not burned out from too much work. You are burned out from the wrong rhythm.
I call it RHYTHMS OF REST℠. Four rhythms working together like the four chambers of a heart: Relational, Emotional, Spiritual, Tangible. Starve one and it doesn't matter how hard you work the other three.
The leaders still leading well ten years from now won't be the ones who worked harder. They'll be the ones who rebuilt their rhythm before their body forced the issue.
- One client added a full day of rest back into her week and reclaimed two to three evenings. Her company scaled anyway.
- Another rebuilt his week around rhythm instead of hours. He runs the business now on 2-4 a day instead of 12- 15, and it hasn't stopped growing.
- A third took Fridays back for the first time in years and hit his annual revenue goal early.
Every other week, I share what I'm learning about leading powerfully without paying for it with your health, your family, or yourself.
This is the honesty of someone still figuring it out. Not the polish of someone pretending he's arrived.
