It’s a pleasure to meet you.
I’m Kent. I help entrepreneurs, business leaders, and high performers to integrate the personal and professional to increase productivity (in the things that matter most), profitability, and peace.
My core philosophy of coaching is this:
Real success and true fulfillment come from wholeness and integration, not just achievement.
While success and achievement aren’t unimportant, they are also not the ultimate goal. I’ve used this same approach to help entrepreneurs and business leaders from companies such as Republic Bank and Alpha Simplex.
Before starting my leadership coaching business, I worked for twenty years as an executive director of a regional nonprofit with over 28 chapters, church planter, and now as the pastor of Journey Church in Cambridge, Mass. Working in this capacity has greatly helped me understand people and some of the common hang-ups and pitfalls that are common to human beings.
Nowadays you’ll find me coaching high performers, playing golf, exercising, and finding new coffee shops with my wife – all while blogging, writing books, and speaking at events.

Win the Morning, Win the Day!
In this free workshop, you will learn how to intentionally craft a morning routine that will help you win the day. By the end, you will hold in your hand a simple, individualized, sustainable morning rhythm that will increase your focus and productivity, profitability, and peace.
Why are mornings so important? Because first things always carry weighted importance, and they usually set the tone for what follows. You also tend to readily remember them. Here are five “firsts” you can probably recall without hesitation: 1) first date 2) first kiss 3) first love 4) first job 5) first car
Need I go on?
The same goes for the first part of your day, your morning. A solid morning rhythm sets the tone for the rest of the day. If you look back over your days, nine times out of 10, as the morning goes, so goes the day.
Each and every day you live out your values – either by default or by design.
