Lead at full strength. Come home with something left.

I help owner/CEOs and executives keep growing their company without it costing them their families or themselves.

The results speak for themselves.

Kent is an executive coach for owner/CEOs, speaker, and creator/host of the RHYTHMS OF REST℠ newsletter and leadership podcast.

Real stories of rhythms restored:

Valeria
Valeria
CEO, Friendsheep®
Relational was the rhythm that was off
Val went from working 5–6 nights a week, home but mentally absent, to protecting 2–3 nights off and a full day of rest all while scaling her company to new revenue levels.
Kent helped me see that rest isn't laziness; it makes me a better leader.
Phil
Phil
Executive Director, Singing Hills
Emotional was the rhythm that was off
Went from reactive and scattered to clear on exactly what deserves his attention.
Kent's approach to coaching is truly unique. He doesn't just offer one-size-fits-all solutions; he takes the time to understand you as a leader and the specific challenges you face.
Cliff
Cliff
CTO, Intrasystems
Relational was the rhythm that was off, at the team level
His team stopped bracing when he walked in and started bringing him the real problems first.
‘Other people haven’t changed, you have!’ — the words of my CEO after observing my team interactions a few months into coaching with Kent. Before that, I bulldozed through people and problems...
Brandon
CEO, Thrive Academics
Tangible was the rhythm that was off
Went from 12 to 15-hour days, seven days a week, to 2 to 4 hours a day, six days a week, and kept the business growing.

The problem is rarely as easy as “work less.” These owners needed to find out which rhythm was off, then build from there. That is the work.

Kent Murawski

Burnout is the symptom, not the disease. The real disease is fragmentation — being out of sync with the rhythms you and the world were built to run on.

— Kent Murawski

Think about your last six months.

  • The calendar is full. The energy is not.
  • You ran a board meeting last Tuesday that went well. By Thursday you cannot remember a thing that was said.
  • You make 40 decisions before lunch. By 7 pm you are spent. Your spouse and your kids get the version of you with nothing left.
  • You missed something at home this month that you said you would not miss. A recital. A dinner. A conversation your wife wanted to have. You told yourself it was the season. You have been telling yourself it was the season for three years.
  • The productivity stack did not fix it. The books did not fix it. The journal did not fix it. The last coach did not fix it.

THE FRAMEWORK

RHYTHMS OF REST ℠

A proven coaching framework for sustainable success without

sacrificing what matters most

The Framework

You are not burned out from too much work. You are burned out from the wrong rhythms.

RHYTHMS OF REST℠ has four rhythms. Like a heart has four chambers. When one is off, the whole system suffers. Every client who enters this program starts by locating which chamber is broken.

Rhythm What it measures What it looks like when it is off
R Relational The quality of the connections you carry into work and into the house. Spouse, kids, team, peers, mentors. You are physically at dinner. You are not at dinner. Your team brings you the safe questions and saves the real ones for each other.
E Emotional Your ability to name what you are feeling, hold it without spilling it on the team, and lead from a clear center. Your mood from the last hard call goes home with you. Your wife knows what kind of day you had before you say a word.
S Spiritual The deeper frame underneath the work. Sabbath. Purpose. The thing the work is actually for. You have not stopped for a day in three months. When you do stop, you do not know what to do with yourself.
T Tangible Your body, your money, your time, your environment. The container the other three rhythms have to live inside. The fitness slipped. The sleep slipped. The schedule owns you. You keep promising the rest of you that this is temporary.

The Method

The Arc.

Four phases, whichever rhythm is off.

1 Assess — Get an honest read on what's working, what's costing you, and what sustainable looks like for you.
2 Architect — Design the priorities and rhythms that match how you actually lead.
3 Activate — Apply it in real life, refine it, and build habits that hold under pressure.
4 Align — Integrate everything so your work and your life finally point the same direction.

A formula would treat every leader the same. This does not. The Rhythms Engagement is a coaching relationship built around your life, your company, and your goals, with direct access to me for the full year.

Who This Is For

This is for the owner or CEO who is winning by every external measure and quietly wondering how long the pace can hold.

You have tried more. More hours. More hires. More systems. More techniques. It helps, for a few weeks. Then the pace resets and you are right back where you started.

You have caught yourself becoming the leader you swore you would not become. Short with the team over nothing. Half-present at dinner while you re-run a meeting from three hours ago.

Most people think the problem is effort. It's actually rhythm. Optimization is for machines. You run on rhythms, and right now, one or more of yours is off.

How It Works

What the engagement includes.

1
Meet for one hour, 2× per month
Or do a 1-day VIP session when that is what the moment calls for.
2
Ad hoc access to navigate whatever comes up
Direct access to me for the full year — not just on scheduled calls.
3
Copies of all my books and access to all my courses and resources
Everything in the RHYTHMS OF REST℠ library is yours for the engagement.
Work With Me

How to get started.

RHYTHMS OF REST℠ — A Proprietary Coaching Framework
Step 1
Apply.
A short application. It tells me where you are right now, not where you wish you were.
Step 2
Discovery call.
If it looks like a good fit after reviewing your application, we will reach out to schedule a complimentary discovery call. We find out if this is the right fit, and if it is, which rhythm we start with.
Step 3
We get to work.
The engagement follows a structured four-phase process. We start with Phase 1: Assess (Months 1–3) — we figure out exactly where you are, what's working, what's quietly costing you, and what sustainable success actually looks like for you.

Limited spots available.

A year from now, you will either still be grinding, or you will be leading a thriving company with something left over for the people who matter most. One of those paths starts with an application.
