Leadership and Performance Coaching To Help You Reach Your Full Potential!
I’m Kent Murawski. I coach high-achieving business owners and executives to reach their full potential so they can leave a lasting impact.
Ready for Change?
Many high achievers feel they have to choose between a successful career and personal fulfillment, but it’s when you integrate your professional and personal life that you can have both.
As a high-achieving business owner or executive, life can feel like it’s moving at an unsustainable pace. When this happens, overwhelm can set in, paralyzing both you and your team and making you less effective.
Life Is Not Equal
Owning or leading a business carries a lot of responsibility, and probably feel like you are dropping the ball in one area or another—whether in your family, on the job, or when it comes to your own physical, emotional, or mental well-being.
How do you balance the most important areas of life?
The answer is you don’t.
Furthermore, what are the most important areas of life and where do we start once we identify them?
Balance implies equality. During an average twenty-four hour period, we spend eight hours sleeping (if we’re lucky), eight hours working (if we’re lucky), and we have the other eight hours to cram everything else in – family, fun, hobbies, exercise, and community to name a few.
Life is anything but equal.
The Answer Is Not Work-life Balance, It’s Wholeness
As a performance and leadership coach, we will work to integrate your personal and professional lives and improve your performance in every area, starting with your prominent pain points.
My core philosophy of coaching is this:
True success comes through wholeness and integration, not just achievement.
While integrity is about our character, it goes beyond that. Integrity comes from the Latin word, “Integer” and it means to be “Intact, whole, sound, or complete.”
After leading and founding organizations for over twenty years, I learned the hard way that an unsustainable pace only leads to one thing…
Overwhelm and burnout.
High performers and overachievers are a different breed of people. You deserve someone who can relate, actively listen, and coach you to success in life and business. Using my R.E.S.T. Framework, I will help you identify the most important areas of life and where to invest your precious time and energy to get the best results.
If you’re in the driver’s seat, I want to be in the passenger seat with you, helping you navigate adversity and opportunity so you can lead well in every area.
Let’s Move Forward…Together
I have a simple three-step process toward progress:

Coaching Worked for Me
I’ve had my share of struggles through the years. I’ve battled through addiction, disappointments, burnout, financial lack, my own ego, marital difficulties, and other leadership challenges along the way. I get it. Life can often be disappointing and overwhelming. Through trial and error, I’ve learned to integrate my personal and professional life in the midst of difficult circumstances. Now I want to help you. It was coaching that helped me get unstuck and move toward my dreams, desires, and a more fulfilling life. It gave me the push to finally start my own business; something I had dreamed of doing for years. And with the help of a coach, I was able to see things from a new perspective, identify obstacles that were keeping me stuck, and move forward with confidence toward my goals.
What Is Coaching?
Leaders thrive on movement. A coach comes alongside motivated people who want to grow with support, encouragement, and accountability. My desire is to draw out what is already in you by believing in you, actively listening, asking great questions, working with you to define clear action steps, and holding you accountable to those steps. In the words of the late John Whitmore,
Coaching is unlocking a persons potential to maximize their growth.
Coaches are “change experts who help leaders take responsibility and act to maximize their own potential.” (Dr. Joseph Umidi) Here’s how coaching differs from other disciplines:
- Counseling addresses past hurts and feelings to you find healing
- Teaching gives acquired knowledge to a pupil
- Mentoring is sharing wisdom and experience from your journey to help others
- Consulting is giving expert advice to other professionals
A Coach is a thinking partner who comes alongside an individual with support, encouragement, and accountability to help them realize their own dreams, goals, and desires and maximize their potential.
Successful coaching begins with a leader who is ready to take responsibility for their own life.
“I had the opportunity to walk with Kent as he developed his natural giftings and became coach-trained. Through that process, I saw firsthand his passion to come alongside the weary and breathe new life into leaders. Kent is a gifted coach; he is invested, wise, empowering, and intuitive. I wholeheartedly recommend him.”

The 3 most common questions people ask?
- Is coaching for me?
- What will we do and how often will we meet?
- How much does it cost?
Is Coaching for You?
Coaching is for motivated leaders who desire to take initiative, embrace responsibility, and lead with courage. In short, if you are not motivated to grow, coaching won’t help you. Simply having the right information doesn’t bring transformation; applying that information in the context of our experiences and relationships does. As your coach, I am trained to come alongside you to help you experience lasting change and achieve your goals. Some of the best times to employ a coach are times of major transition or when you are feeling stuck. Here are some common issues that coaching can help you with:
- How do I discover my purpose in life and align it with my career?
- How do I integrate my personal life with my professional life?
- How do I make more money so I can do more of what I love and less of what I don’t?
- How do I gain more time to do the things I am really passionate about?
- How do I navigate a major life or leadership transition?
- How do I find clarity and know where to put my focus?
- How do I move forward in areas of life where I feel stuck?
- How can I perform at a higher level in my current role?
Regardless of the industry, coaching can help you maximize your leadership.
